  • Stand-alone visit for non-members that includes:

    Comprehensive review of medical history/records

    Customized Patient Mapping

    Overview of unique Root Cause Dynamics

    Explanation of possible treatment plan

    *If you then wish to enter a RTW plan, a $800 credit will be applied to the cost of the program

  • A comprehensive re-evaluation for former members returning to care after four months or longer. This visit includes:

    • Review of updated medical history, records, and recent lab results

    • Reassessment of current symptoms, concerns, and health goals

    • Review of previous treatment recommendations and progress

    • Updated Patient Mapping and Root Cause Dynamics

    • Discussion of revised treatment recommendations and next steps

    This appointment is intended for patients who previously participated in a membership program and have been out of care for four months or longer.

  • Stane-alone follow up visits for non-members

  • 3 Months: $675

    6 Months: $1,350

  • Get a second opinion on previously run blood work through the Functional Medicine Lense
